Kumar Parijat Tripathi

Dr Kumar Parijat Tripathi is Fellow in Institute for high performance computing at National Research Center (CNR), Naples, Italy. He got his M.Sc Degree in Bioinformatics in 2003-2005, from University of Allahabad, India. He qualified prestigious GATE(Qualified Graduate Aptitude Test Examination) for Engineering sciences in 2005 with 92.87 percentile marks. Accomplishments - Seven research publications with more than 45 citations. Three year experience as Research assistant (Wissenchaftlicher Mitarbeiter) in Institute of Evolution and Biodiversity at University of Muenster, Germany. Recipient of one year MIUR scholarship (2009-2010) at Parma University, Italy. Received best poster presentation award at NIM 2008, CIMAP, Lucknow, India. The objective of his research work is to is to develop new methods, pipelines and software tools for the integration and analysis of omics data, for the diagnosis and therapy of rare genetic diseases.
