Raffaele Cassandra

Dr Raffaele Cassandra is Fellow in Institute for high performance computing at National Research Center (CNR), Naples, Italy. He has a degree in Information Tecnology from the University of Naples Federico II; and his thesis focused on inferring gene networks (NILARS: An efficient algorithm based on linear regression for inferring gene networks). He has been a fellow at the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of soil science, plant, environment and animal production with Dr. Maria Luisa Chiusano (2009-2010). He was a programmer at Accenture Technology Solution (2010-2013). He currently is interested in studying computing metodologies and technologies to support biomedical research.
